Teen counseling for anxiety, confidence, and life stress
Academic pressures, social struggles, and identity development all collide during adolescence. Teens may not always know how to express their emotions, but they often feel them deeply. This service is designed to support teens facing anxiety, low self-esteem, school or peer stress, and mood swings. I use developmentally appropriate approaches to help teens build coping skills, emotional awareness, and resilience.
